My job has so much variety with no one day being the same. There is the corporate side of producing newsletters and brochures, co-ordinating functions, managing NCT’s identity and branding and attending to queries and media matters. Then there is the people side and interacting with NCT members, service providers and the champions of all our community projects.

WHY I LOVE WORKING IN THE FORESTRY SECTOR

I love being outdoors’ so forestry strikes a good balance; it’s an office job that takes you out and about!

MY ADVICE TO THOSE EXPLORING A CAREER IN FORESTRY

We need more women. They should not be discouraged by the fact that forestry is a male-dominated industry.
